This past  week proved to be a mixed bag of fishing. Some days we caught stripe bass, other days we caught bass & bluefish.The heavy winds over this past weekend  the  didn't  help much  to put the fish in the boat. We see the weather is getting better this coming week.

The good news is that the  Sea Bass season has been extended:
The season will run from  May 22 through  Oct. 11 and Nov.1 through  Dec.31  --2010

Fluke fishing starts:
May 29 through Sept.6 --2010
